Skills for Humans - DBT Group Therapy in Nunawading, Melbourne

Skills for Humans is designed to help adults handle tough emotions, build solid relationships, and stay grounded when things get rough. If life feels like a struggle, relationships are a bit rocky, emotions are all over the place (or maybe just numb), or you’re kinda stuck in your head, this group is perfect for you.

For 10 weeks, two friendly clinicians lead the group for 2 hours each week, with up to 10 participants committed for the whole journey. We base our sessions on something called Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), a super practical and useful approach. We have a few groups each year, so let us know if you’re interested!
